Resonant Diode Filter, Accent, Slide and a Sequencer That Follows Your Song.
Squelch is a monophonic acid bass: a saw or square oscillator into a resonant four-pole diode filter, a filter envelope, an accent that pushes the filter harder on every accented note and builds up when accents follow each other, a slide between tied notes, overdrive and a tempo-synced ping-pong delay.
A 16-step sequencer is built in: note, octave, accent, slide and gate on every step, eight patterns per preset, locked to your song's position, with a seeded randomizer in the scale you choose. Play it from the sequencer, from your keyboard, or drag the pattern out as MIDI.

How does Squelch work exactly?
Every control, then the three steps.
- CUTOFF – Base cutoff of the diode filter.
- RESO – Resonance, up to self-oscillation.
- ENV MOD – How far the envelope opens the filter on each note.
- DECAY – Length of the filter envelope.
- ACCENT – Extra level and filter sweep on accented notes.
- SLIDE – Glide time between slid notes.
- DRIVE – Overdrive after the filter.
- Load Squelch on an instrument track and press play in your DAW.
- Turn CUTOFF, RESO and ENV MOD while the pattern plays.
- Click RANDOM for a new line, or draw notes, accents and slides in the grid.

Can I play it from my keyboard?
Yes. MIDI notes always play the synth live; overlapping notes slide and hard-hit notes are accented. Switch the sequencer off for a plain bass synth.
Are the patterns saved?
Yes. All eight patterns are saved in your presets and in your project, and can be dragged out as MIDI.
Which formats and systems?
Mac: VST3 and AU on macOS 12 or later (Apple Silicon and Intel). Windows: VST3 on Windows 10/11 (64-bit). AAX for Pro Tools is not available yet.
How does the licence work?
A licence key is emailed right after purchase. Paste it in the plugin (or in the free TuneDrip Hub for macOS and Windows, which on Windows also installs the plugin) and click Activate: one internet connection, then the plugin works offline. Each key activates up to 3 computers; write to info@tunedrip.com to reset them.
