Right of Withdrawal

If your order is eligible under applicable EU consumer law, submit your withdrawal request using the dedicated form.

TuneDrip sells digital products only: audio plugins, vocal presets, sample packs and bundles delivered by download. Nothing is shipped.

1. Try before you buy

Every paid TuneDrip plugin can be installed and used in demo mode before purchase, with all its features (short silences are inserted in the audio and presets cannot be saved). Free plugins need no purchase at all. Please test the demo on your system before you buy.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

For digital content supplied immediately, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase, unless you expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose this right once the download or the licence key is provided. Where this acknowledgement is collected at checkout, the right of withdrawal ends at delivery of the key or the download link.

If no such acknowledgement was given, you may withdraw within 14 days using the withdrawal form or by writing to info@tunedrip.com with your order number. We refund you within 14 days using the original payment method, and the licence keys of the order are revoked.

3. Refunds after delivery

Because a delivered digital product cannot be returned, we do not refund a purchase once the licence key has been activated or the files downloaded, except in these cases:

the plugin does not install or run on a system listed on its product page (macOS 12 or later, Windows 10/11 64-bit, VST3 or AU host) and our support could not fix it within 14 days;
you were charged twice for the same product;
the product delivered is not the one you ordered;
the downloaded files are corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Write to info@tunedrip.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. The licence keys of refunded products are revoked and stop working.

4. Licences and updates

Each plugin licence is a one-time purchase, valid on up to 3 computers. Updates within the same major version are free. A new major version (2.0, 3.0…) is a paid upgrade offered at a reduced price to owners of the previous version.

Which DAWs do the plugins and vocal presets work in?

Plugins are VST3 and AU, so they load in Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, Bitwig and GarageBand on Mac and Windows (no AAX for Pro Tools yet). Vocal preset packs include versions for Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Ableton Live, Studio One, Cubase, Reaper, GarageBand, Mixcraft and Cakewalk; each pack page lists the plugins it needs.

How do I get my files?

Right after checkout you receive an email with your download links. Plugins come with a license key; the free TuneDrip Hub installs and activates them on Mac and Windows.

Can I use a plugin on more than one computer?

Yes. Each plugin license activates on 3 computers and includes free 1.x updates. Vocal presets and sample packs need no activation.
